Inside Out Films is a non-profit documentary film company, dedicated to exploring salient, controversial and emotional issues pertinent to our times.  The San Francisco-based company, founded by filmmaker, writer and educator Michelle Blair, is currently working on its third documentary.

The People's College

The People's College is a feature-length documentary that follows 8 community college students as they work toward achieving their Associate of Arts degree. This is the first film to explore the complex history of the community college- and what it means to those who need it the most-the students.

  Inventing Tradition: New Jewish Performance

It Makes Me Feel Jewish: A Klezmer Journey chronicles the filmmaker's unexpected exploration of her own identity and cultural heritage. Part road trip, part history lesson, part jam session, this film is relevant for the musically curious from any background.
